Community Contemplative Yoga Classes
Tuesdays – 10:15 – 11:45am
Thursdays – 10:15 – 11:45am / 5:30 – 7pm
Sliding Fee: $7-$15.
These Classes are open for all levels to attend and are geared toward a Level 1-2. People generally leave these classes feeling more relaxed, expanded and connected to what really matters. Each class includes basic pranayama, gentle warm-ups, slow flowing sequences, posture/alignment explorations, a long-held supported restorative posture or two, and meditation-in-motion (Latihan). You are encouraged to meet yourself where you are; and, modifications and variations are taught to support and satisfy different levels of experience. Jade’s clear and skillful instruction enables compassionate access to subtleties in both body and being, which bear fruit on and off the mat.
Jade’s love of people and yoga, as well as her explorations in human consciousness and Love itself, bring a depth and fullness to her classes. Her teaching style is eclectic and contemplative, drawing from her deep studies in various styles of Yoga (primarily Kripalu Yoga), Non-Dual teachings, Vipassana Meditation, and her experience as a Massage Therapist and Holistic Bodyworker. Her interest lies in bringing awareness and mastery to the connections between body, mind, emotions and life for more Graceful living. For 17 years, she has taught all walks of life in various places around the globe.
