"Colleen's teaching style is gentle and clear. Her instruction in postures is uniquely specific, helping me identify and mobilize parts of my body that I was not even aware of! Her non-judgmental and supportive tone helps create an environment of self-acceptance and focused concentration in class. Her personal warmth and obvious dedication to her own practice are inspiring!"
