While these yoga classes are primarily a physical practice, the benefits go beyond the body to have emotional and spiritual impact potentially effecting all realms of life including perspective and decision making, focus, relationships, sleep and life-direction. In addition to asana (yoga postures), all classes incorporate pranayama (breathing practices) to balance the nervous system, aspects of meditation for mental de-stressing, and savasana (deep yogic relaxation).

This vigorous flow class can be enjoyed by any level vinyasa student. Students are given options for both modifications and advanced variations to accommodate different levels of experience. The practice playfully flows from one posture to the next, building sweat, strength, flexibility and stamina. 

vinyasa level 1/2

This class is suitable for the advanced-beginner or intermediate student, or for those who are new to yoga yet physically fit. In this willful practice we link movement to breath, playing through a variety of challenging posture-flows that build internal fire and strengthen the spirit. Students are encouraged to employ modifications, variations and the support of walls when appropriate.

vinyasa level 2/3

Intermediate and advanced students will enjoy this strong vinyasa class that brings in more complex variations of twists, backbends and inversions. Take your practice beyond what you thought was possible.

gentle flow / restorative

We’ll begin with "meditation in motion," to dissolve stress through slow, gentle vinyasa. This will be followed by restorative postures using the support of bolsters and blankets, as well as guided visualization, for gradual, deep release of physical and mental tension. Breathing exercises are incorporated to balance the nervous system. Open to all levels. This class is appropriate for athletes, workaholics and type A's needing to slow down, stretch and de-stress. It’s wonderful for beginner yogis, aging bodies and bodies healing from injuries or illness.

This Anjali Restorative Yoga class is a full 90 minutes of nurturing and inspiration through the slow, deep release of tension in completely supported postures. Drape your weary body over soft supportive bolsters in passive stretches as you’re guided through inspiring visualizations and breathing practices that soothe the whole of you. Designed for anyone needing to gently and profoundly unwind and be blessed.
