Draw yourself gracefully into your day through a thoughtfully sequenced, slow-flowing vinyasa practice that respects your morning body’s need to move gradually toward the depths of asana. Influenced by Kripalu and Anusara yoga, this class is internally focused with alignment explorations amidst progressively challenging posture flows. Uplifting music inspires breathing, bending, balancing, twisting and inverting to stretch and strengthen mind, body and heart. Both modifications and advanced variations are offered to suit students of different levels.
