(Pay what you can. All proceeds go to a worthy charity.) Enjoy a thoughtfully sequenced, slow-flowing vinyasa practice moving gradually into the depths of asana. Influenced by Kripalu’s meditation in motion and Anusara’s joy in alignment. Uplifting music inspires breathing, bending, balancing, twisting and inverting to stretch and strengthen mind, body and heart. Both modifications and advanced variations are offered to suit students of different levels.

This class pairs mellow vinyasa with soothing restorative postures. You’ll begin by moving through simple sequences that warm your body, lubricate your joints, circulate your blood and revitalize your breathing. Enjoy an alignment exploration that strengthens your body awareness. Then, let go of effort and stress as you’re held by props and blankets in comforting restorative postures. Relaxing music throughout.

Release fully into support and  gradually let go of long-held tensions and worries. Held in gentle yoga postures by soft bolsters and blankets,  you’ll slowly unwind into soothing sounds, guided visualization and life-affirming language. Rest and know you are blessed.
