how does it work? Based on your needs and intentions, you are supported in specifically selected yoga postures while being brought gently to the ‘edge’ of your comfort zone - a place rich with information and potential. Here, deeply held physical and emotional tension is released to the surface of awareness. Through guided breathing and dialogue techniques, you are coached to tune in and compassionately observe what’s happening inside —mentally, physically and emotionally — at your chosen pace and depth. Then, you are guided through an integration of your insights to create new ways of feeling and being in your life. There is no analysis. You are in control, and the answers are within you. PRYT is a process that allows you to move from the superficial layers of awareness toward deeper levels of consciousness that provide you with valuable insights about the interplay between your body, your mind, your spirit and your life. (The posture we adopt in our body often reflects the posture we adopt in life). When we become conscious of, and integrate the hidden or misunderstood parts of ourselves, we begin to feel healed and whole, with a renewed sense of well-being that translates into a healthier body and a happier life.
