Tanya, Shepherd, DPT Tanya is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 18 years of experience working in many environments. Tanya evaluates and treats in a thorough manner to identify root issues and equip patients with simple home-practices to maximize results. Tanya graduated from Chatham College in 2000 with a Masters in PT, and in in 2001 with her Doctorate in PT. Her continuing education includes advanced manual therapy and balance training. Tanya also teaches anatomy and movement therapy to Massage Therapists. |

Most insurance companies expect you the patient to be responsible for the Co-payment-Co-Insurance responsibility portion. Manual Therapy fees are in accordance with the industry standard fee schedule, what is known as “reasonable and customary” for the region in which you live. THESE FEES ARE SET BY THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. We bill as follows: $166.25 per 30-minute session You are responsible for meeting your deductible. You will be required to pay a fee for your treatment until your deductible is covered. Deductibles renew on an annual basis. Contact
